Extra Inches of Shame
10:10 PMCNET wraps up a piece about a man arrested for "spam rage" with an unexpected bit of dry humor. The report ends with the comments of a representative of the alleged threatees, who of course blames someone else for the spam that incited the man. The last sentence:
Mackay said such companies gave a bad name to the penis enhancement business.
Do I hear a new Bon Jovi hit?
Threatened for spam, and you're to blameYou give the penis enhancement business a bad name ...
CNET also spreads the good news that pop-up ads may meet their demise next year, if Microsoft adds pop-up blocking to Internet Explorer. See? Microsoft can use its evil for good.
