Drive-bys

There's a particular kind of highway jerk that needs a name. Losers of this ilk cut in line in rush hour by using the collection/distribution road* of an exit, like, say, the University Avenue exit off southbound I-80 in Berkeley, and pretending to exit but then not. Why they think they are specially entitled to do this is unclear. I know I didn't get the memo.

What shall we call them? Intercheaters? Exit-teases? Rampholes?
