So I was about five-sixths of the way through working on this little parody pop-up ad satirizing the attempt at a second "Patriot Act," quite proud of my inspiration, when it occured to me, you know, I'd better make sure Defective Yeti hasn't beaten me to this.

And of course, he had.

Even so, here's my version, which in at least one respect is yet scarier than the first one out of the gate.
